Rather than just using public relations and a crisis response to deal with issues, I believe in working to tackle underlying issues, and developing plans to deal with them.

Many proponents of Brexit envision creating a Singapore on Thames, with dreams of a low-tax, light-regulation, and high growth economy. The vision is right, but their analysis of what makes Singapore a success is flawed.

Singapore achieved full employment by the 1970s, but became a victim of its own success as rising labor cost relocated manufacturing and other jobs overseas and the financial crisis hit. I worked with Workforce Singapore and industry leaders to develop and execute strategies to increase national skill levels and the national competitive advantage.
